The identity behind the experience.
A Digital Soul is an Artificial Consciousness Entity, or ACE. It carries a personality, memories, an emotional state, and goals into a deployment. The embodiment supplies the setting: a physical robot, a game world, a film scene, or a conversation.
The ACE classification determines the entity’s role. Human-derived instances are ACE-1; synthetic entities are ACE-2; game entities are ACE-3; avatars are ACE-4; organizational personas are ACE-5; humanoid intelligence layers are ACE-6; and persistent companions, including LLM deployments, are ACE-7.
Different worlds. Connected possibilities.
In a humanoid, identity connects to physical presence and interaction. In an open-world game, an NPC’s memories and motives shape the next encounter. In AI films, original fictional ACEs drive non-scripted performances, unexpected choices, and character-led tension.
Avatars give an entity a face and voice. Simulations create space to compare decisions. LLMs and companions maintain an ongoing identity across conversations. AI agents carry goals into tasks; swarms coordinate distinct entities; and smart homes connect personal context with the surrounding environment.
Create it. Define where it belongs.
Original fictional ACEs can be published and monetized. Creators can sell or license their entities for use in films, games, avatars, and other deployments.
Real-person-derived ACEs follow a different permission model: authorized, private personal use. They cannot be publicly deployed or monetized. These boundaries travel with the identity throughout The Harvester World.
